Judith E Crowell, M.D.

Judith E. Crowell, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist with her office located in South Miami.  She graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate study in early childhood and elementary education at Boston University.  Her internship in internal medicine was at Stanford University Hospital and her residency in dermatology was performed at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.                   

Dr. Crowell is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.  

Dr. Crowell has made numerous presentations to universities, medical conferences, medical schools, community groups and health fair sessions.  She has been interviewed on television and in journals for her expert opinion on a variety of dermatological  topics. Additionally, she has authored several published articles and continues to perform extensive service and volunteer work on behalf of American Red Cross, schools, clinics and hospitals.   

Dr. Crowell performs a blend of dermatological and cosmetic services for adults and children.  Services available at her state of the art facility include general dermatology and dermatologic surgery, chemical peel therapy for acne and aging skin, LPG Endermologie cellulite therapy, laser therapy for birthmarks, age spots, tattoos and wrinkles, hair removal therapy for unwanted or excessive hair.  Dr. Crowell was one of the first dermatologists to adopt the use of laser therapy and is considered an authority on its uses and techniques.

She also offers her patients specially formulated skin care products for use as part of a physician supervised skin care regimen.  An office based  Aesthetician is always available to perform professional facials.
